Dia began her career in food technologies at the age of 6 catering for large-scale family events. By the time she was 12, Dia had a Masters in food chemistry and a thriving chin of restaurants.
One hundred and twenty-three years and many many culinary inventions to her name later, Dia has found a home at Crypt’s Konyha where she not only inspects every recipe for quality, but she also owns the kitchen!
