Drape bacon strips over breast halves, folding over itself as necessary
Using a spatula, spread a thick layer of pesto dressing over breast halves and bacon
Sprinkle ample breadcrumbs onto dressing, gently patting down as necessary
Bake breast halves in air fryer at 400 for ~11 minutes (if preparing 2 cups of rice, start rice in rice cooker now)
