1 Chicken breast
1 cup Homemade pesto dressing
½ Package thin, fatty bacon
½ cup Katsu-style breadcrumbs

Carefully slice chicken breast horizontally into two thinner halves

Pat both breast halves dry and lay into air fryer basket

Drape bacon strips over breast halves, folding over itself as necessary

Using a spatula, spread a thick layer of pesto dressing over breast halves and bacon
